This experience has covered public, private, franchised and NFP businesses with large-scale growth and or transformation of the commonality. Vanessa has undertaken specialty training with Disney in the area of Customer Experience Design and her style is highly energetic and engaging. From local plans to strategic brand development, Vanessa is hands-on and delivers exciting work that drives strong engagement, always with people at the centre.

As a highly skilled marketing and business development strategist, the last 7 years have seen Vanessa working to build and transform a large national aged care organisation with growth of more than 900%.
