Tanja L’Veena
Specialist Consultant
Tanja is a highly experienced human services professional, with more than two decades of experience across a range of roles. This has included front-line delivery of complex care, with particular experience in dementia care and end-of-life transition care.
Tanja has held roles as a Customer Solutions specialist within MyAged Care, giving her first-hand knowledge and experience relevant to RAS and ACAT assessments and pathways into aged care support services. She has also held a number of research assistant roles with various tertiary institutes. She has a Bachelor in Social Science with additional postgraduate qualifications in Youth and Disability Services and experience working with both cohorts. She is passionate about driving evidence-based practice in the delivery of person-centred services.
Tanja is a specialist in Consumer Experience Interviewing, and her role includes data analysis to inform continuous improvement recommendations for service providers. She is a practical, approachable person with a hands-on mentoring style that people from a variety of backgrounds find very accessible.
