Harvest is an approved panel member for delivery of SDAP services.
Funded by the Department of Health, SDAP panel members like Harvest work with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander aged care services and other aged care operators in “thin markets” to help build capacity.
We work collaboratively with you and your organisation to address challenges like delivery of care services that are safe, quality and person-centred, financial planning, workforce, governance and getting ready for audits.
