Dr Boyd has more than 6 years of experience in the aged care sector, where she brings a unique skill-set relating to business analysis, development and capacity building. She is particularly knowledgeable in relation to the Aged Care Quality Standards and their application in a range of settings.

More broadly, her experience spans a number of sectors and industries, where she has been involved in business management and administration, project management, quality assurance, research management and academic writing. She remains a Doctoral thesis reviewer for Queensland University of Technology.

Her skills in business analysis and process mapping are highly regarded within the human services sector. She brings a person- centred approach to complex systems issues, helping to break down information into a format that is easily understood by people from a range of backgrounds.

Maddi holds a B Science (Hons 1), a Masters degree, PhD and post-graduate qualifications in Business Analytics and Quality Auditing (SAI Global). She is a member of the Association of Business Process Management Professionals International and a member of the International Institute of Business Analysis.

Maddi provides specialist consulting services in relation to business analysis, quality assurance and performance monitoring and management.
