Dr. Lynda Nguyen is an accomplished Corporate Psychologist with a career spanning nearly two decades, predominantly dedicated to strategic development, portfolio, program, project, and change management. She holds a Ph.D. in Business from Queensland University of Technology, alongside a Master of Organisational Psychology and a Bachelor of Psychological Science from the University of Queensland.

Currently, serving in an executive role at a national for-purpose organisation, Lynda leads critical project implementations and organisational change initiatives. Her vast experience includes leading strategic development for the second-largest employer in Queensland, where she has been instrumental in reviewing and optimising operating models, developing comprehensive workforce strategies, and fostering resilient organisational cultures. She has also played a pivotal role in establishing and reinvigorating PMOs, and strategically extending organisational footprints into new regions. Her professional journey is characterised by her leadership in roles that demand an innate understanding of both strategic imperatives and human-centric practices, ensuring that change initiatives are both impactful and sustainable.
