Alice holds a Bachelor of Commerce and is a highly skilled People and Culture and business management executive with over a decade experience in the public service, private and not-for-profit sectors. She has held Director of People and Culture roles with a national aged care provider and with a Tasmanian based aged care provider giving her a unique insight into the aged care sector.

More recently, she has held senior managerial roles within the Tasmanian public service with porfolios spanning Department of Primary Industries, Tasmanian Parks and Wildlife Service and the Department of Premier and Cabinet where she was the Executive Director of People, Performance and Governance.

Alice is a skilled human services professional who leads with heart combined with strategic business insights. She has overseen complex workforce restructures, successful negotations of EBAs and complex change initiatives. She is skilled at mangaging recruitment, training and retention chanels, including a proven ability to think outside the box to achieve strategic objectives.
